About Gail
I have lived in the Big Bear area for over twenty years now. I was a frequent visitor of Big Bear Lake before I moved here and it just kept getting harder and harder to leave, so I decided to move up full time. Big Bear is so close to so many things that it is very centrally located and once down the mountain you are so close to so many destinations. Love it here! I have seen a lot of changes over the last 21 years but it still has that small town feeling here. A community that for the most part really supports each other. Knowing the area well in the Real Estate industry I feel is very important to my clients. I highly recommend a potential buyer or seller using an agent familiar with the area they want to purchase or sell a home in. I know I would! A potential buyer can tell me what they are looking for in a home and the kind of area they would like and I know where the best area is to start looking. I feel listening to the client is very important. Finding them what they would like and can afford is a challenge sometimes, but very rewarding. When a client is happy with the vacation home of thier dreams or the new full time residence they were looking for is just right, I feel I have done my job. When doing a Market Analysis for a potential seller, I try to always give an honest opinion of what I feel the house would sell for. To inflate the price so I will just get the listing is not being fair in the long run to the client. Keeping the buyer or seller informed is important and I keep in contact with my clients and am there for them long after the escrow closes. Always happy to help with contractors, furniture stores, utility information or whatever I can now and in the future.
